"GoHighLevel" and "HighLevel" are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. GHLSimplify provides independent implementation, automation and support services for the GoHighLevel platform. We are not owned by, operated by, or officially partnered with HighLevel Inc., and these terms govern our services only — not your relationship with HighLevel Inc. or your GoHighLevel subscription itself, which is separate and governed by HighLevel Inc.’s own terms.

Scope of engagement

Every engagement is based on a scope we agree with you in writing before work begins — typically following a strategy call or written proposal. Work outside that agreed scope is treated as a change request, which we'll quote separately before proceeding.

You are responsible for maintaining an active GoHighLevel subscription for the duration of any engagement involving your account. We do not resell or provide GoHighLevel licenses.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted per engagement based on scope, as described on our Pricing page — we do not publish fixed rates because project scope varies significantly.

Project work is typically invoiced in stages agreed at the start of the engagement. Monthly management services are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled with notice as agreed at signup.

Late payment may result in a pause of active work until the account is current.

Client responsibilities

To deliver the agreed scope on time, we need you to:

• Provide timely access to your GoHighLevel account and any other required systems
• Provide feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Ensure any third-party accounts or licenses we need to connect to are active and in good standing

Intellectual property and ownership

Once fully paid, you own the configuration, workflows, funnels and content we build inside your GoHighLevel account. Reusable methodologies, templates, and any pre-existing tools we use to deliver the work remain our property.

Snapshots or templates built specifically for an agency client under a white-label or agency engagement are licensed for that agency's use as agreed in the specific engagement terms.

Warranty and liability

If a deliverable does not perform as specified in the agreed written scope, we will correct it at no additional charge within a reasonable period after delivery.

We are not responsible for the underlying availability, functionality, pricing, or policies of the GoHighLevel platform itself, which is operated by HighLevel Inc. and outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us, and access to your systems, as confidential, and we will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed work or as required by law. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request.

Cancellation

Project engagements can be paused or cancelled by written notice; work already completed and in-progress work up to the notice date remains payable.

Monthly management services can be cancelled with the notice period agreed at signup — this is a month-to-month service, not a long-term lock-in by default.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For active engagements, the terms in place at the time the engagement began continue to apply unless we agree a change in writing. Questions: info@ghlsimplify.com.
