Custom GHL Solutions
Every business has a different setup, which is why we don't publish invented flat prices. Here's how we scope projects, and what's typically included.
What we typically quote
Most engagements fall into one of these categories — tell us your situation on a strategy call and we'll scope it specifically.

What's always included

- Documentation so your team understands what was built
- An honest recommendation — including when automation isn't the right answer
Questions about pricing
Why don't you publish fixed prices?
Because a single flat number would either be inaccurate for most projects or so padded it stops being useful. GHL projects vary enormously in scope — a single automation and a full multi-pipeline account build are not comparable work. We quote after understanding what you actually need.
How do you decide what something costs?
We scope the work on a strategy call, based on what you're trying to achieve, what already exists in your account, and how much building and testing that realistically requires — then we quote it, in writing, before starting.
Do you charge for the initial strategy call?
No — booking a call and discussing your situation is free. You'll get a clear sense of scope and next steps before anything is billed.
What if the scope changes partway through a project?
We'll tell you before doing anything outside the agreed scope, and quote the change separately. You decide whether to proceed.
Do you offer a guarantee?
If a deliverable doesn't do what the agreed scope said it would, we fix it. Specific terms are covered in our Terms & Conditions, not left to a vague sales promise.
Do you work with small businesses, or only larger accounts?
We work with businesses of very different sizes — a single well-defined automation is a perfectly reasonable starting engagement for a small business, not just something for agencies with large budgets.
