Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data GHLSimplify collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to the GoHighLevel implementation services we provide to clients.

Who we are

GHLSimplify ("GHLSimplify", "we", "us") is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@ghlsimplify.com.

Independent GoHighLevel Expert — Not affiliated with HighLevel Inc. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. This policy covers GHLSimplify only — it is not the privacy policy of the GoHighLevel platform itself, which is governed by HighLevel Inc.’s own terms.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

  • Contact details you submit through forms — name, email, company, website
  • The content of your enquiry, including what you tell us about your current CRM and business size
  • The content of any subsequent correspondence
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring source
  • Data you give us access to during an engagement, in order to build what you've asked for

Why we use it

We process personal data on the following bases:

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide services you have requested (contract)
  • To send you information about our services where you have opted in (consent)
  • To improve the website and understand how it is used (legitimate interest)
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation)

Client data during GHL engagements

When we implement, automate or troubleshoot a GoHighLevel account, we are typically given access to that account, which may contain your customers' personal data. In that context, you remain the data controller for your customers' data, and we act as a data processor working on your instructions.

We access only what a given piece of work requires, we do not copy client data outside the systems involved except where necessary to build and test the work, and we remove our access at the end of an engagement unless you ask us to retain it for ongoing management. A separate data processing agreement is available on request.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate — hosting, email delivery, and analytics — each bound by their own data protection obligations.

Where a service provider is located outside your country, we rely on their standard contractual protections for that transfer.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the technical cookies necessary for it to function, plus analytics (such as Google Analytics) where explicitly configured. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it when it's no longer needed for those purposes or for a legal obligation.

Client account access and working data from engagements is deleted at the end of the engagement unless an ongoing management agreement requires continued access.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be reflected here — contact info@ghlsimplify.com with any questions.
