Questions people ask before working with us

If your question isn't here, ask it directly — a strategy call is free.

What is GoHighLevel?

GoHighLevel (often shortened to GHL) is an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform used by agencies and businesses to manage pipelines, funnels, calendars, and automated follow-up. We're an independent specialist who implements and supports it — we don't own or operate the platform itself.

What GHL services do you provide?

Setup, CRM architecture, automation, funnels and websites, snapshots, migration, integrations, AI automation, troubleshooting, optimization, white-label support for agencies, and ongoing management. See Services for the full list.

Can you set up a brand-new GHL account?

Yes — complete setup from an empty sub-account is one of our core services, built around your actual sales process rather than a generic template.

Can you fix an existing GHL account that's not working properly?

Yes — troubleshooting and optimization are both built for exactly this. We diagnose the actual cause, not just the symptom you noticed.

Can you migrate us from another CRM into GoHighLevel?

Yes — see GHL Migration. We map your existing data structure and migrate in verified stages so nothing gets lost in the switch.

Can you build GHL workflows and automations?

Yes, this is a core part of what we do — lead follow-up, appointment reminders, internal notifications, and nurture sequences, all built and tested inside your account.

Can you build funnels and websites in GoHighLevel?

Yes — landing pages, multi-step funnels, and full websites, connected to your CRM and automations rather than built as standalone pages.

Can you integrate GHL with other software we use?

In most cases yes, via native integrations, Zapier/Make, or direct API/webhook connections. Tell us what you're running and we'll confirm feasibility.

Do you provide ongoing support after the initial build?

Yes — GHL Management is a monthly service for accounts that need continued monitoring, updates and support as the business changes.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes — including white-label implementation delivered entirely under your brand. See White-Label GHL Support.

Do you offer white-label GHL services?

Yes — we work exclusively through you and never contact your clients directly.

How long does a GHL implementation take?

It depends entirely on scope — a single automation is much faster than a full account build with multiple funnels and integrations. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you need, rather than a generic number.

How much does GHL setup cost?

It depends on scope, which is why we don't publish invented flat prices — see Pricing for how we approach quoting, and book a strategy call for a specific number.

Can you audit my existing GHL account?

Yes — a GHL account audit reviews your CRM structure, pipelines, workflows, calendars, funnels and integrations, and comes back with a prioritized list of what to fix first. See Pricing and GHL Optimization.

Why don't you publish fixed prices?

Because a single flat number would either be inaccurate for most projects or so padded it stops being useful. GHL projects vary enormously in scope — a single automation and a full multi-pipeline account build are not comparable work. We quote after understanding what you actually need.

How do you decide what something costs?

We scope the work on a strategy call, based on what you're trying to achieve, what already exists in your account, and how much building and testing that realistically requires — then we quote it, in writing, before starting.

Do you charge for the initial strategy call?

No — booking a call and discussing your situation is free. You'll get a clear sense of scope and next steps before anything is billed.

What if the scope changes partway through a project?

We'll tell you before doing anything outside the agreed scope, and quote the change separately. You decide whether to proceed.

Do you offer a guarantee?

If a deliverable doesn't do what the agreed scope said it would, we fix it. Specific terms are covered in our Terms & Conditions, not left to a vague sales promise.

Do you work with small businesses, or only larger accounts?

We work with businesses of very different sizes — a single well-defined automation is a perfectly reasonable starting engagement for a small business, not just something for agencies with large budgets.
